More updates

On the title screen the player can select the starting round (either 0 or 3) by pressing either OPTION key. The difficulty progression has been modified and the game gets more difficult more quickly.

Game abort and screen flip functionality has been added during pause. Press and hold OPTION 1 to abort the game and return to the title screen. Press OPTION 2 to toggle screen flip.

The founts in the background are now animated.
